One downtown Watertown business is hoping to collect "a latte" money for charity.
Vito's Gourmet in the Paddock Arcade has partnered with the United Way of Northern New York for "Care A Latte," a fundraiser to help suicide prevention.
Every day this month, the restaurant is making white chocolate raspberry lattes to raise money for the Jefferson County Suicide Prevention Coalition.
"I think it's just something that is not talked about a lot," Vito's owner Todd Tarzia said. "For that reason, if we can raise awareness of it a little bit more, we may save some lives."
One hundred percent of the proceeds from the lattes will go toward the organization.
