Two internet companies that you might not even know about are joining forces in Watertown.
Keyes Information Technology, an internet security company, is working to acquire WayNorth, a web design and marketing company.
Together, they'll now work with about 70 local and global clients, ranging from Neighbors of Watertown to General Electric.
And they'll be able to offer a variety of marketing and media services.
"We're infusing capital so that we can increase the scope of services within WayNorth. We would be able to offer videography and brand creation," said Keyes Information Technology CEO Rod Castillo.
The acquisition means Keyes Information Technology now has about 20 employees.
The company plans to hire two to four more workers this year.
