Fire at Abandoned Home in Watertown

Fire broke out at an abandoned home in Watertown Saturday.

City fire crews responded to Flower Ave East around 6 p.m.

Watertown Fire Chief Dale Herman said when crews got to the scene the smoke was coming from second floor porch coming.

Crews were able to put out the fire but there was some structural damage.

"There are couple of witnesses that have seen people go in and out of the home throughout the day. Currently PD is following those leads," Herman said."

Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
