Lowville Man Accused Of Selling Heroin, Fentanyl

A Lewis County grand jury has indicted a 28 year old Lowville man for allegedly selling heroin and fentanyl.

Jacob Farney of 6755 Number Four Road was charged with felony counts of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

On January 18, he allegedly sold heroin and fentanyl in the town of Watson.

Farney was arraigned on the charges and ordered held in the county jail in lieu of $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond.
