NY Farm Bureau lists legislative wins

ALBANY, New York (WWNY) - The New York Farm Bureau put out a list of state bills passed this year that it considers to be significant wins.
According to several reports, the organization sent a legislative report to its members last week.
It highlights a list of about a dozen bills it supported this year.
Now signed into law, the legislation addresses things like the shipping of alcoholic beverages by distilleries, cideries and meaderies, clarifies language regulating livestock and equine rescues, and creates a farm-to-prison program for fresh produce.
The Farm Bureau is expected to put out a list of its legislative priorities for 2025 in January.
